TMP Support Sessions

TMP Support Sessions provide direct support to help you navigate the Training Management Platform (TMP). These sessions aren't formal training but offer a quick overview of key features and functions, with guidance from RACP team members on how to find and complete tasks within TMP.

How TMP Support Sessions work

We provide 3 levels of support to meet your needs:

  • Tier 0: Self-service on-demand resources

    Access RACP Online Learning to access comprehensive guides and resources at any time to understand processes such as applying for training and completing rotation plans.

  • Tier 1: Contact the Member Support Centre
    Our Member Support Team is available to answer general questions and provide assistance.
  • Tier 2: TMP Support Sessions
    Join a drop-in Zoom session to receive specific help directly from an RACP team member. Sessions will run for 30 minutes and you're welcome to drop in or out of any session at a time that suits your schedule.
